About the Role: Were looking for a Sous Chef ready for their next career jump with real drive to maintain and increase turnover. Sous Chef role: Overseeing food, ordering, Food preparation, Delivery of operations, Managing a team, Stock control, Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations

You’ll train, motivate and inspire the kitchen team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards and fantastic benefits.

About the role: The Tivoli are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to continue the high quality and standard of service that we strive to maintain within our group Scoff and Quaff (Holdings) Ltd.

The role requires a candidate that can demonstrate the following qualities

  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Independently motivated
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Working closely with kitchen staff and General Manager

Experience required: We ask that applicants can demonstrate experience of 1 year in a management position and 1 year in a restaurant environment.

The role is currently for between 20-30 hours a week. We use only the freshest ingredients to produce fantastic and tasty dishes.
